Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Assist the CG Supervisor/Creative Director and Art Director to fulfill their creative vision by producing quality character, set, and prop rigs and models, as well as scripting solutions.
Work together with the Senior Asset Artist and with the CG Core Team to develop the aesthetics and pipeline for current CG projects.
Assist the Art Director / Production Director with developing new techniques, visual development, and pipeline standards for new projects.
Help lead the team of studio artists in their tech-art efforts.
Work closely with the CG Animation and Project Coordinator / Managers.
Understand and technically drive forward the Director/Art Director's vision.
Partner with the Production Coordinator to schedule the project based on bid days provided by the Producer.
Choose the most efficient technologies and tools considering budget, deadline, and quality benchmark.
Optimize workflow and pipeline, tools, software in collaboration with the CG supervisor.
Technically check everything before promotion to the next department to ensure pipeline compatibility.
Resolve technical disagreements between artists and choose the best course of action for the project.
Mentor and boost morale of artists on the project.
Create and implement new tools and techniques working closely with the CG supervisor.
Establish and continuously develop the Asset Inventory/Library as an owner.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of programming languages and software engineering practices.
Proven track record of technical knowledge of the required software.
Experience with asset tracking/management systems.
Traditional artistic knowledge and background/experience with a great aesthetic eye for details.
Fluent English.
Strong team player and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, task-driven, and a great team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proactive (self learner, continuous tracking of tech developments).
Open to direction and able to embrace change.
