Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for regulatory, legal and tax compliance
- Management of external reporting requirements to energy regulators, DSOs, etc.
- Management of relationships with project debt providers
- Takeover of new assets to Photon Energy’s portfolio of PV power plants from the EPC contractor in coordination with the O&M provider
- Supervision of and coordination with the O&M provider and other service providers
- Economic-technical life-cycle management, including the development of strategies for major repairs, repowering and the value maximisation of land and other assets at the end of the technical life of PV plants
- Management of PV power plant contracts, documentation and insurance claims
Requirements
- University degree in economics, renewable energy or engineering
- Experience in the industry and/or the management of a real asset portfolio
- Strong administrative diligence and commercial acumen
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Hungarian (fluent), English (B2+)
