Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge and keep abreast of requirements of other Departments in the company, changes in marketing plans, policies, relevant professional standards, practical tools and other issues in order to select and recommend the most suitable solutions for company from the point of view of artistic standards and presentation efficiency
Manage and supervise that publications and marketing tools are always prepared and made available in time, in the required quality and in the required quantity
To ensure that all internal rules and policies and legal requirements concerning the purchasing and preparation of different marketing tools including the proper administration of orders and payments for them
To provide professional and technical support to artistic issues of the presentation of the company making sure that corporate standards, corporate policies and Hungarian regulations are met
To supervise and manage that all communication is carried out/sent out in time, as required
To supervise and provide professional and technical advise in approval of Distributor communication and marketing tools
Preparation of local publications of the company (SunSpot, SunWriter, product catalogue, price list, product fact sheets etc.)
Preparation or adaptation of marketing and communication tools for the company
Supervising and managing labelling issues including the creation, adaptation to make sure that the company is in compliance with both corporate standards and local regulations
To supervise and manage Sunrider Hungary’s social media platforms and create social media contents
To keep up-to-date the contents (banners, products, texts etc.) of Sunrider Hungary’s website
To localize and translate all the Sunrider relevant contents (brochures, event qualification descriptions, social media contents etc.)
Participation on planning promotions and creation communication assets (newsletter, social media posts, T&C etc.) regarding the given promotion
To always follow up and implement marketing and social media trends.
To generate reports as required by the company management
To ensure that all team goals are met
To ensure smooth co-operation with other Departments of Sunrider Hungary
To monitor and control expenditures and safeguard of company assets
To represent the company as requested at meetings and conventions
To know the whereabouts of team members and to cover during periods of absence, to help in the peak period if required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing communication or branding
Fluent Hungarian and English (strong translation/localization skills required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience managing social media platforms and website content
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Understanding of Hungarian advertising and labelling regulations
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and with the Headquarter.
