Responsibilities

Initiating and performing business meetings with potential customers
Building customer accounts
Key Account Management to large customers and managing the relationships with distributors
Monitoring and analyzing daily sales activities
Carry out trainings and seminars, promote product range at trade fairs and shows
Administrative Activities
Follow-up and reporting
Weekly and monthly sales reporting
Administrating and maintaining CRM-system
Weekly delegations, 2-3 days

Requirements

Has a good B2B sales experience, preferably for industries (energy, automation, cabling, train or automotive would be a benefit.
Is a good negotiator and communicator.
Is experienced from working for international companies.
Will be working in Hungarian and Romanian market.
Speaks fluent English,Hungarian, Romanian written and spoken. Polish would be an extra benefit.
Understands the teamwork, reporting and planning.
Has a proven track record in developing B2B sales with proven growth, results, KPI’s.
Is energetic with positive attitude and loves being out meeting the customers every day.
Has a university degree.
Has used modern distant working solutions, worked with ERP, CRM systems.
