Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire clients in the e-commerce space  
• Building a client base from scratch and presenting cross-border logistics services tailored to market needs  
• Actively prospecting and manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and supporting onboarding  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, identifying the right service mix to meet their growth needs  
• Represent Meest International at trade shows, events, and key industry meetings  
• Collaborate closely with our local and international teams to shape customer-centric solutions  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, shipping, or eCommerce  
• Understanding of the Romanian e-commerce ecosystem and delivery market specifics  
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships end-to-end  
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills  
• Strong CRM and digital literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
