Responsibilities

Manage and follow up dealers sales performance in responsible area, including customer delivery, wholesales, registration and market share, to ensure company sales target achievement;

Manage and follow up dealers sales funnel performance, including leads, potential customers, order bank and order delivery, in order to improve dealer sales performance;

Dealer quality improvement, including CI, sales process, salesperson professionality etc;

Support dealer for local marketing activities or sales campaign;

Support network manager to develop new dealers;

Develop and monitor the KPI's and report regularly the performance of the brand to senior management, propose corrective actions as and when required;

Participate in the development and implementation of business, marketing and sales strategies to increase new car market share, revenue and profit of the MG brand in Hungary;

Identify business opportunities, potential customers, channels and competition;

Support contractual partners in managing all operations within the country, including: market coverage, network performance, training requirement, volume-, profit-, revenue- and quality targets;

Establish and maintain productive relationships with key partners and supplier personnel. Conduct regular meetings, reporting and feedback processes. Manage special or extraordinary projects in the field;

Ensure that the company operates within legal boundaries and complies with local regulations;

Complete temporary tasks assigned by the leadership;

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or in Technical University/College

At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role

Experience in the automotive industry

Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent organisational and planning skills

Interest in cars/automotive technology

English language knowledge

Excellent MS Excel/PPT knowledge
