Responsibilities

  • Track and record sales in the CRM, and manage key accounts and strategic clients (hospitals, clinic networks).
  • Meet individual targets and basic KPIs (sales volume, visits, active clients).
  • Analyze market indicators and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
  • Mentor JR an'd PL representatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Previous experience with silicone implants.
  • Understanding of medical sales KPIs (volume, active clients, visits).
  • Proficiency in strategic account and portfolio management in CRM.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor indicators.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and implant traceability.
  • Basic SAP

Knowledge & education:

ISCED 6: Bachelor's degreeTechnical

Medium: Integration of diverse tasks and technical knowledge.
