Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, provide technical consultancy, deliver on-site and web-based presentations for the company’s staff and key customers
Prepare solution designs, RFP responses, competitive comparisons and technical documentation for various needs
Leading role in building complex technical solutions which can include different servers, data storage systems based on SDS and network equipment topologies, virtualization, containers and cloud solutions, as well as backup, and monitoring systems
Leading the team of PSE & Support Engineers that will be responsible for supporting the installation base of Server Systems, SDS solutions, AI cluster sold in different counties (case handling, hands-on trainings, certification, compliance with vendor validation requirements)
Quickly resolving complex service situations, be able to involve all necessary ASBIS and vendors departments to quickly resolve raised cases
Regularly present the company’s Server-storage solutions (SuperMicro, Nvidia, different SDS vendors, AI HW clusters as a priority) for partners and the end-customers
Build, demonstrate and troubleshoot Proof of Concept systems in complex solutions
Educate company’s PSE & PLSM staff and key customers in terms of new product specifics and solutions provided by the vendors

Requirements

5+ years of work experience with system integrator, either distributor or vendor
Deep understanding of modern IT technologies and trends (servers, storage, virtualization,container, backup, cloud, HPC, SDS, HCI, AI designs, Linux operating systems, databases, networking or security)
Deep knowledge of a product line and hands-on experience with servers and storage systems of at least one of the A-brands & HW leading manufacturers (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE, Nvidia, SuperMicro, Lenovo, IBM, Hitachi Vantara, NetApp, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.)
Some knowledge of leading virtualization technologies (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix), and containerized approaches with according to vendors’ certifications are a strong plus
Strong experience with Linux / Unix server operating systems, or Windows is a strong plus
Good technical presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
Willingness to work in a team, and to Lead Tech. Team with ability to solve complex tasks independently as well
Experience working in international / installation / cluster deployment environment is a strong plus
Ability to adapt to new technologies and love to learn quickly with new approaches & designs coming into IT market
Fluent English, as well as Ukrainian / Russian language is a plus too
Ability to multitask and work under project deadlines & limits to meet sometimes tight schedules

Nice-to-have

Experience with any enterprise backup software (Commvault, Veeam, EMC Networker, Veritas NetBackup, IBM TSM, HPE Data Protector, etc.), databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.), monitoring systems, software-defined infrastructure, network-management, Linux-OS environment, Professional skills in networking, strong understanding of network architecture principles (CCNA level or equal), Technical certifications from leading IT Enterprise manufacturers are welcomed
