Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating projects, guiding the team through all the necessary phases of planning within the given timeframe.
- Cooperation and information exchange with designers. Collecting, analyzing, classifying, and applying the data received to the project.
- Planning and assigning daily and weekly tasks to the team of architects and collaborators.
- Monitoring and supervising the work of the team, providing support, and solving problems.
- Cooperation with the project manager and supervisors responsible for the project.
- Investment preparation, bidding and analysis.
- Professional supervision of the execution of works by preparing weekly reports
- Being responsible for the necessary administrative processes and for oral and written communication with external collaborators.
- Embracing the philosophy of daily improvement with the active and sincere support of other colleagues.

Requirements
- VII degree of professional qualification, Bachelor of Architecture or M. Arch.
- Possession of a responsible designer's and responsible contractor's license.
- 10 years of experience in project development, coordination, and monitoring of projects during construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, preferably Revit.
- Knowledge of the design processes of different types of objects through all phases, planning, and distribution of activities within the design team, including execution, supervision, and handover phases.
- Greater decision-making independence in the planning process.
- Ability to delegate and lead the team through the planning process to ensure full synchronization of the project at all stages.
- Systematic monitoring and review of difficulties encountered in the execution of works, preparation, and review of construction site documentation.
- Good English language skills.
- Eloquence and kindness, both verbal and written.
- Highly developed sense of empathy and ability to understand the needs of others.
- An outstanding culture of responsibility, personal integrity, and ethics.
- Flexibility, positive attitude, commitment to teamwork.
- Professional, unobtrusive and neat appearance.
