Responsibilities

Carrying out architectural and interior various type of projects such as offices, hotel and retail.
Taking part or leading of design management process in concept, development and detailed engineering stage, including drafting, review and/or writing specifications and preparing bill of quantities
Assembling design files, corresponding with authorities if necessary

Requirements

Degree in architecture
Minimum few years of experience required
Design licence OR capacity to receive it
Knowledge of design software (ArchiCad, AutoCad)
Good command in MS 365 applications (Excel, World, etc.)
Flexible, open minded, creative, solution and goal-oriented personality
Self-reliant, independent but good team player as well
Required language skills: English & native Hungarian or other languages are a plus
