Education & Registration
• Architect-Engineer degree (Építészmérnök) from Budapest University of Technology and Economics
or equivalent
• Hungarian Chamber of Architects registration (current or eligible)
• 5-8 years professional experience with demonstrable built work
Technical Competencies
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (BIM required)
• AutoCAD for 2D documentation
• 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent)
• Rendering capabilities (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar)
• Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
Project Experience
• Hospitality design (hotels, resorts) strongly preferred
• Large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Full project lifecycle experience from concept to completion
• Construction documentation and administration
Language Requirements
• English: Fluent (C1/C2 level) - mandatory
• Portuguese, Italian, or German: advantage

• International travel: 10-20% annually to project sites
• Flexible scheduling within standard business hours

Prea / Jericoacoara, Ceara, Brazil - Northeastern Coast
• Large-scale resort hotels (200-600 keys)
• Luxury residential developments and mixed-use communities
• Tropical coastal design with focus on hospitality infrastructure
Italy - Rome
• 200-key hotel restoration and adaptive reuse
• Coordination with local architects, engineers and builders
Switzerland - Multiple Cantons
• High and mid-end residential developments (Ticino, Zurich, Graubünden)
• Lakefront and mountain properties
• New construction and renovation projects
