  • Location: Budapest IX. District and Home office
  • Required qualification: College / University degree in economics or finance
  • Required experience: 2-3 years of work experience in credit & collection area
  • Language: Fluent Hungarian and intermediate English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Ensure daily order release process in a compliant way
  • Ensure regular review and update the credit limits, risk categories of the customers
  • Ensure correct calculation of Bad Debts
  • Ensure proper, compliant handling of miscellaneous invoicing
  • Ensure proper handling of collection processes and reporting activities
  • Pro-active cooperation with the SSC and Sales Departments regarding AR area
  • Monitoring of overdue receivables with necessary follow up-actions
  • Review and update the relevant internal policies, procedures, Standard Routines
  • Proactive participation during the audits
  • Substitution within Accounts Receivables
  • Economy or finance education 
  • 2-3 years work experience in credit & collection area
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word), and SAP knowledge is an advantage 
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills
  • Performing well in team, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and other departments
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
