Feladatok:

Participate in AR process transition and knowledge transfer
Perform collection activities and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments
Support daily cash application and bank reconciliation
Maintain customer accounts and debtor ledger; analyze monthly balance movements
Handle AR correspondence and respond to customer queries
Support cash management and forecasting
Take over and stabilize existing processes, ensuring continuity and compliance
Identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assigned tasks

Elvárások:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Collections or Credit Management is required
Bachelor’s degree (college or university) is required
Fluency in English and Spanish
Solid knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Demonstrated experience in negotiating with key stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Advanced user-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts as required, including occasional evening hours
