  • Participate in AR process transition and knowledge transfer
  • Perform collection activities and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments
  • Support daily cash application and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain customer accounts and debtor ledger; analyze monthly balance movements
  • Handle AR correspondence and respond to customer queries
  • Support cash management and forecasting
  • Take over and stabilize existing processes, ensuring continuity and compliance
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assigned tasks

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Collections or Credit Management is required
  • Bachelor’s degree (college or university) is required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Advanced user-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in shifts as required, including occasional evening hours

  • SSC experience is an advantage
  • Additional language knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is preferred
