Task:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AR Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate financial records, timely collections, and high-quality reporting within an international environment.

- Daily management of auxiliary accounts receivable
- Posting and matching of cash receipts
- Monitoring and reconciling open items
- Managing disputes directly with customers
- Issuing manual invoices and credit notes
- Managing reminder processes and follow-up of unpaid items
- Supporting effective cash collection activities
- Posting GL entries related to bank transactions (bank fees, internal transfers, FX transactions, etc.)
- Preparing monthly AR reports (Top 20 positions)
- Participating in monthly and annual closing processes
- Preparing recycling tax declarations for European countries
- Acting as back-up for the AP Accountant during absence or holidays
Expectation:
Professional Background
Personal Competencies
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an accounting department of an international company
- Accounting degree or equivalent educational background
- Experience in the consumer goods industry or similar sector is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- French and/or German – advantage
- Strong knowledge of O365 and general IT tools
- ERP system experience
- Confident handling of financial data and reporting
