Responsibilities

Designing, developing, analyzing, deploying, and maintaining Generative AI solutions - including Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, Vector databases and MCP servers
Monitoring and optimizing AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world use cases
Staying ahead of emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in the AI space to proactively bring innovation into our projects
Translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels of technical expertise

Requirements

At least 5 years of coding experience
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLM, RLM, VLM, RAG agents)
Hands-on experience with AI agent workflow frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit)
Ability to design and implement MCP-based solutions, RAG pipelines, and agent/tool integrations
Techniques for hallucination mitigation, grounding, and safety
Experience leveraging no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., N8N) as well as SDKs to build robust AI systems
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (building microservices, serverless functions, webhooks) for developing AI-powered applications, including integrations with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
At least intermediate English proficiency, as we collaborate in an international environment
