Responsibilities
Scope of your role
- Provide engineering support for managed accounts and develop cost-effective sealing solutions
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their applications
- Demonstrate the benefits of our sealing portfolio through tailored solutions and technical expertise
- Manage RFQs, technical complaints, and ensure material compliance
- Deliver market feedback to drive innovation and improve products
- Conduct technical trainings and support customer visits and industry fairs
- Evaluate sealing performance and recommend improvements
- Handle article data management, industrialize design solutions, and approve technical documentation
Requirements
What defines you
- Technical degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred)
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in an engineering-related role
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, terminology, and mechanical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy
