Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for installation, configuration, and programming support for ESTUN robots, collaborating with service teams as needed.
- Resolve technical challenges during deployment of robotics systems by System Integrator and Machine Builders. Ensuring systems meet customer specifications and performance standards.
- Partner with the sales team to propose robot types and functions fitting to customer needs, and create simulations and technical proposals.
- Convert customer requirements into actionable technical specifications for project teams.
- Conduct technical training to enhance customers’ operational understanding of ESTUN robots, enabling them to maximize system efficiency and ROI.
- Create user-friendly documentation and guides for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D to refine product functionality, usability, and quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ESTUN’s evolving product portfolio to provide cutting-edge support.
- Travelling around Europe to meet customer needs, where appropriate.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Secondary or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in robotic and automation applications.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA, and others).
- Proficiency in tools for simulating robotic processes, PLC programming, and communication standards.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid Category B driving license; active driver.
- Communicative level of English, capable of addressing technical requirements.
- Self-reliance and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Working Conditions:
- Regularly travel within the Hungary (up to 40% of the time) and other counties like Serbia, Poland, BENELUX, SCANDINAVIA (up to 60% of the time) to support customers on-site.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate customer needs.
