Responsibilities

Technical contact person with customers, prepares, participates in and presents technical consultations
Leads APQP documentation for projects in accordance with internal rules and international standards (ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3)
Lead interdisciplinary project teams, track project time schedules, create and track action lists
Coordinate design, analysis and testing results with the customer, plan and follow up on internal validation test with test centers
Providing customer support for product design,
- Create and confirm product drawings and CAD models with the customer
- Analysis of external or internal tests of returned parts
- Preparation of modal and structural analyses
- Achieve a design status capable of manufactruing feasibility and managing design modifications

Requirements

Good project management skills, knowledge of project management methods and tools
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of APQP processes and ISO 9001 principles
Sound knowledge of engineering tools (Tolerance analysis, Finitie Element Analysis, FMEA...)
Master of Science or equivalent
5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry
Communication-level English and German language skills
