Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Build, lead and further develop a team of 40+ AP professionals and team leaders
- Actively support the transition of AP processes from various European entities to Hungary
- Ensure smooth integration of AP process models into SAP ECC from different local ERP systems
- Oversee AP functional processes and ensure efficient end-to-end invoice handling and payment operations
- Drive process harmonization, standardization and identify improvement opportunities, including technology-supported enhancements
- Present strategic directions and operational visions to stakeholders across all levels
- Coach, mentor, develop and motivate team members and leaders
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Build strong partnerships with business and external stakeholders
Requirements
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of people management experience and 5 years of experience in a financial SSC
- College or university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Solid experience in AP / P2P operations
- Transition and migration experience is an advantage
- Strong SAP (or other ERP) knowledge
- Excellent command of English
- Strong team-player attitude with the ability to build and motivate teams
- High attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and customer-focused approach
