  • Selecting cases, claim types, and insured individuals from a list to identify potentially fraudulent claims through thorough investigation.
  • Preparing and forwarding suspicious claims to contracted investigative agencies, and processing the incoming investigation reports.
  • Preparing cases involving confirmed fraud for legal proceedings in close cooperation with the legal team.
  • Identifying fraud networks and patterns based on the review of suspicious claims.
  • Analyzing data and reports to uncover trends, correlations, and potential risk indicators.
  • Creating clear, structured reports that support decision-making and fraud prevention strategies.
  • Maintaining contact with the investigation departments of partner insurers.
  • Regularly informing internal and outsourced colleagues about findings and conducting training on fraud prevention.
  • Proposing new or revised regulations to improve fraud prevention.
  • Preparing regular reports on investigations.
  • Hold a university degree (preferably in engineering, architecture, building services engineering, law, finance, or economics).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in property/industrial property claims handling (e.g. as a claims reviewer).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience in preparing high-quality reports and presenting findings clearly.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, pattern recognition, precision, and the ability to work independently.
  • Have excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
  • Are proficient in using IT tools.
