Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new NetApp partners through proactive outreach (phone, email, and face-to-face meetings) to expand market presence
  • Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with IT reseller partners and their customers
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of NetApp solutions and ALEF’s vendor portfolio, effectively communicating their value proposition
  • Lead business discussions and deliver impactful presentations addressing partner opportunities and challenges
  • Develop tailored solution proposals based on customer needs, leveraging NetApp’s key differentiators
  • Manage and optimize contractual relationships related to NetApp partnerships
  • Oversee day-to-day communication with clients and partners, ensuring successful execution of ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen market presence
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Promote and drive sales of ALEF Services, identifying new opportunities and supporting project delivery
  • Contribute actively to achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle operational sales processes and partner management activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a storage or IT infrastructure sales role
  • Proven track record with strong knowledge of the Hungarian storage market
  • Experience in partner recruitment and channel development
  • Ability to quickly understand partners’ business needs and challenges
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales processes and partner management
  • Fluency in English and native-level Hungarian

We are looking for an experienced and driven NetApp Business Development Manager to join our Business Development Unit in Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem, driving NetApp-related business growth, and strengthening relationships with existing and new channel partners.
You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, delivering value-driven solutions, and supporting partners and customers in leveraging NetApp technologies and ALEF services.
