Responsibilities

Strategic backlog and scope ownership
Roadmap, vision and R&D strategy
Stakeholder management and ambiguity navigation
Quality and experimental excellence collaboration
Operational readiness and transition management

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Advanced stakeholder management skills
Strong technical grounding with experience managing technically complex products, data solutions, or R&D initiatives
Strategic product execution experience in defining MVPs, proof-of-concepts, and setting OKRs
Superb leadership and communication skills

Nice-to-have

Experience working on high-performance products within a business-to-business (B2B) setting, Experience in an R&D, lab, or startup environment bringing zero-to-one products to life, Enthusiasm for occasional international travel to collaborate with sports federations, teams, and tech partners
