Responsibilities
Preparation of GAAP-to-STAT reconciliation
Initial review of group trial balances
Identification and posting of local GAAP adjustments, reclassifications, and corrections
Preparation of statutory financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules
Completion of tasks in line with local statutory requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards
Support of administrative aspects of statutory filings including coordination of legal documentation and approvals
Provision of statutory financial data to support tax calculations and filings
Preparation of documentation and response to auditor queries for statutory audits
Coordination and tracking of audit requests
Review of data and documentation before submission to auditors
Provision of explanations and analysis to support audit inquiries
Contribution to standardization and documentation of statutory processes
Identification and support of process improvements and best practices implementation
Support of regional initiatives such as legal entity rationalization, statutory tool implementation, and tax audits
Assistance in improving data quality, transparency, and efficiency within statutory reporting processes

Requirements
Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or controllership within a multinational environment
Strong understanding of statutory accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems and financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with internal controls and compliance
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or controllership within a multinational environment
Strong understanding of statutory accounting principles
