• Preparation of reports regarding the managed litigation cases;
• Representation before courts of any degree as well as other authorities as the case may be;
• Providing legal advice to all departments and the executive management team on contracts/annexes, from drafting, reviewing, and interpreting to tracking all legal parts of these contracts;
• Provide legal support for the marketplace platform;
• Offer support for a wide range of consumer protection issues like legal guarantee of conformity or commercial warranties, working closely with customer care representatives to settle escalated product claims and deliver on our commitment to delight our customers;
• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of employment-related topics;
• Maintaining contact with bailiffs, public notaries, and external lawyers throughout the process;
• Archiving of documents.

• Completed higher education in the legal field;
• Maximum 1-2 years of experience after Bar exam;
• Knowledge of English - advanced level;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - advanced level for excel including vlook-up, pivot, mail merge
• Ability to organize and prioritize;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Decision-making skills in complex situations.
