Responsibilities

Transaction advisory methodology ownership end-to-end
Leadership of live sell-side and buy-side Quality of Earnings engagements
Direct collaboration with partner CPA firms and strategic clients
Definition of standards for working capital analysis, EBITDA normalization, debt-like items, customer/revenue diligence, proof-of-cash, and pro-forma adjustments
Transformation of real deal experience into scalable AI-driven products
Collaboration with engineers to improve AI outputs and workflows
Building scalable playbooks, review frameworks, and industry knowledge libraries
Senior advisory role on complex deal-related decisions

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings
Background from Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms preferred
Manager, Senior Manager, or Director-level experience
Strong hands-on experience leading full-cycle Quality of Earnings engagements
Understanding of working capital, EBITDA adjustments, customer and revenue analysis, debt-like items, and report drafting
Interest in AI tools and willingness to work closely with engineering and product teams
Excellent communication skills in English (C1+)

Nice-to-have

CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
