Responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

Independent management of sub-projects and work packages (e.g. evaluation and maintenance of the BSH innovation portfolio)
Conducting research and market analyses (e.g. consumer trends, competitors, technologies, and strategy)
Creation of management presentations (e.g. cross-category innovation, innovation processes, or strategy)
Administrative tasks (e.g., Intranet administration, organization and preparation of workshops and meetings at all hierarchical levels)
Active participation in company-wide innovation projects

Requirements

Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or related fields of study
Very good understanding of current marketing and technology-related contexts (e.g., AI, Robotics)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent and reliable way of working
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Very good German and English Skills
