Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end productization of the global data and reporting platform, defining clear deliverables and value metrics per release
Translate the product vision and roadmap into actionable, well-prioritized backlog items aligned with business strategy
Assess value and prioritize the backlog to ensure focus on maximum impact and measurable outcomes
Lead iteration and release planning, setting clear expectations for scope, timelines, and delivery
Ensure continuous backlog readiness with sufficiently prepared and refined work items for the team
Orchestrate and communicate implementation plans, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and impediments
Collaborate hands-on with development teams to model, visualize, and refine meaningful data insights
Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting, and data export functionalities ensuring usability and security
Assess technical feasibility and coordinate proofs of concept (PoCs) for new requirements and innovations
Drive user onboarding, training, and support processes to maximize adoption and continuously improve user experience

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, including backlog refinement, iteration, and release planning
Strong ability to translate stakeholder and user needs into feasible, value-driven product increments
Solid understanding of value-based prioritization and product strategy in a data-driven context
Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboards, DAX, performance optimization, and row-level security
Working knowledge of enterprise data products, semantic models, and data governance
Understanding of modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems (e.g., Azure ADF, Fabric, Databricks, Power BI)
Experience contributing to managed services or platform-based product solutions
Clear, concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
Structured, resilient, and highly accountable, with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Scrum certifications (PSPO / CSPO) are an advantage

As our Senior Associate Product Owner (m/f/d), you are responsible for steering the development of a global, cross-functional data repository, including visualizations, and guiding the team to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with the overall business strategy. You ensure the quality and integrity of the product by closely connecting stakeholder needs and working hands-on with cross-functional teams to continuously evolve the product. In close collaboration with business and functional stakeholders, you prioritize requirements and drive their implementation to maximize value delivery.
