• Job Type: Full-time
• Contract: Maternity cover (until the incumbent returns)
• Office Presence: Required once per week

We are seeking a talented and motivated Regulatory Officer to join our team to support our pharmaceutical client’s pharma registration while working in client’s own system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking different regulatory submissions in the corporate regulatory database: update database with specific documents and/or information
• Peer-QC data entry – handling internal tracking
• Running daily queries, providing reports to client stakeholders
• Applying technical knowledge to perform quality check on the entries
• Communicating issues/concerns to Team Lead
• Ensuring compliance with KPIs
• Coordinating with other teams and Client PoCs as needed
• Training and mentoring associates/new hires
• Ensures adherence to internal standards and processes
• Associates to ensure Training & compliance to applicable Cognizant and client ”Quality Management System”

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences / pharmacy
• Life science/ pharmaceutical background: min. 1.5 years of experience in life science area or in pharma regulatory registration
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills (advanced level Excel is a must)
• Ability to prioritize work, team- player attitude
• Detail- oriented and strong customer-focused attitude
