To support the growing market demands, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:
  • Lead and coordinate the digital, event, design, and marketing key account management functions, ensuring clear ownership, strong collaboration, and consistently high execution standards.
  • Act as the central orchestrator of Medicontur’s marketing operations, aligning campaigns, platforms, brand governance, and partner enablement into one coherent execution system.
  • Plan and govern integrated marketing campaigns linked to congresses, MPC programs, scientific initiatives, and key commercial moments, coordinating inputs across functions and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the marketing ecosystem surrounding domestic and international events, ensuring campaign timing, content, and brand presence are aligned and consistently executed in cooperation with event managers.
  • Own Medicontur’s global brand positioning and act as brand guardian, ensuring a clear, balanced, and premium brand presence across headquarters and distributor-led activities worldwide.
  • Establish and enforce global brand design and communication guidelines in close collaboration with the Marketing Key Account Management function, ensuring consistent distributor application across markets.
  • Coordinate product-level branding and messaging for premium intraocular lenses, working closely with Scientific Marketing and Product Management to ensure differentiation, clarity, and clinical credibility.
  • Oversee Medicontur’s digital ecosystem, including the corporate website and distributor platform, ensuring clear structure, intuitive user experience, and relevance for different user groups and markets.
  • Govern distributor marketing enablement and key account support together with the Marketing Key Account Management function, providing strategic direction, structure, and prioritization.
  • Own and manage media relations with international and local medical journals and platforms, coordinating media placements aligned with congresses, scientific initiatives, and educational programs.
  • Own marketing communication and event budgets, campaign prioritization, and capacity planning, including assertive alignment and pushback when scope or timelines are unrealistic.
  • Define, monitor, and report marketing KPIs, with particular focus on congress conversion, distributor activation, digital platform performance, and brand consistency.
  • University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; advanced or postgraduate education is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in an international, B2B-driven, or medically regulated environment.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex marketing operations across multiple functions such as digital, events, brand, and partner enablement.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and brand governance, with experience applying and enforcing brand guidelines across multiple markets or partners.
  • Experience working with distributors, partners, or key accounts in an international context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing and event budgets, prioritize initiatives, and allocate capacity effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with scientific, clinical, or product management teams to align messaging with evidence and value propositions.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms (websites, content systems, SEO, newsletters) as business and enablement tools.
  • Experience managing external partners, media platforms, and service providers; media relations experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple parallel initiatives under time pressure.
  • Confident, structured communicator with the ability to align stakeholders, push back when needed, and maintain a collaborative working style.
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
