Responsibilities

Professional preparation of the study plan(s); Managing amendments
Managing GLP (OECD) and internal SOPs; supporting audits
Monitoring the completeness and accuracy of raw data (ALCOA+); Coordination of evaluation, reporting, archiving
Verify the availability of resources, test systems, and test materials
Client contact, organizing/leading professional consultations and visits; providing scientific inputs for tendering
Professional supervision of the use/calibration/qualification of computer systems (CSV) and laboratory equipment

Requirements

Higher education in natural sciences (preferred: MSc/PhD)
Multiple years of experience as a study leader/study coordinator in a GLP environment is an advantage
Confident oral and written English skills
Experienced documentation and reporting; risk management and decision-making skills
Excellent cooperation with QA, technical and business areas;
Customer-centric communication

Nice-to-have

In-depth knowledge of GLP/OECD guidelines; audit experience
Test design, change/deviation management in practice
CSV basics; Proficiency in SZME preparation
