Responsibilities
Strategic advisory on sourcing and procurement
Sourcing strategy development and contract negotiations
Supplier relationship management
Market analysis and preparation of PowerPoint decks

Compliance and ethics assurance in sourcing and procurement activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Science, International Business, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or Legal Studies
1-4 years of strategic sourcing experience at a consulting, accounting, regulatory services, multilateral development bank, technology or financial services institution
Proven track record in strategic sourcing advisory roles with Big 4 accounting and professional services firms and/or strategy consulting firms and/or large IT consulting firms
Comprehensive understanding of market drivers, trends, and dynamics in professional services sector
Experience with category planning, competitive bidding techniques (RFI, RFP, RFQ), business case creation, vendor selection, vendor risk due diligence, operations management, and vendor dispute/escalation management
Financial modelling skills for negotiation scenarios, total cost of ownership models, consumption models, and demand forecasts
Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating global contracts including engagement letters and service level agreements (SLAs)
Strong oral and written English language skills
Highly strategic thinking with superior analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and organized with commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Proficient MS Office skills including experience with CoPilot and other AI software products
