Responsibilities
Contribute to the successful delivery of client engagements in banking strategy and innovation
Work on creating long-term strategies and finding new growth opportunities for clients
Build digital businesses and transform operating models (e.g., agile at scale projects)
Analyze innovative solutions and companies
Create financial models
Turn complex information into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with other teams within the firm to share knowledge
Maintain and develop scalable, microservices-based large quant databases and AI-driven services

Requirements
1+ years of experience in technology companies, startups, investment firms, financial institutions or consulting is a plus
Bachelor's or higher degree in economics/finance, engineering, technology or social sciences; master's degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and keep tight deadlines
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and excitement to work in an ambiguous and results-oriented environment
Aptitude to synthesize information from diverse sources and present findings clearly and concisely
Knowledge of R, Python or other advanced analytics tools or data science is a plus
Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
Basic understanding and deep passion for financial services, digital solutions, innovations and related macro trends
Intellectual curiosity along with strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's or higher degree in economics/finance, engineering, technology or social sciences; master's degree preferred
