Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain relationships with consultants, providing high-quality day-to-day service
Respond to consultant requests in a timely and efficient manner
Understand consultants and their clients’ servicing requirements
Act as a resolution point for outstanding issues or queries
Work with relevant areas of the wider business to resolve issues
Manage internal and external servicing relationships with strong knowledge of the firm’s operating platform
Ensure swift resolution and escalation of issues within agreed SLAs
Partner with Client Experience teams and Technology to automate manual processes
Drive service improvements proactively
Ensure internal audit requirements are satisfied, including written policy and procedure documents
Measure and provide metrics on investment query volumes, identify and communicate key trends using Tableau and other platforms

Requirements

At least one year experience in financial services, ideally within asset management
University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or another field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm, willing to learn, innovate and improve
Team player with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
Good organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and quality
Results-oriented self-starter able to analyse consultant needs and focus on commercial delivery
Ability to network and develop long-term relationships with consultants and internal business partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge or genuine interest in DB and DC Pensions market, regulatory and investment industry, and competitive landscape
Strong knowledge of investment markets spanning all asset classes
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Professional qualifications such as Investment Management Certificate or CFA are desirable but not required
