Responsibilities

Build and optimize analytical models to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance evaluation
Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning
Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for differentiation
Translate insights into recommendations that inform commercial strategy and business development initiatives
Deliver analytical insights on target accounts to support new business opportunities and commercial growth
Provide consultative analytical support to the Business Development team to help identify opportunities and strengthen client partnerships
Support ad hoc analytical requests from leadership including the Commercial Office, Executive Leadership Team, and Board
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, prospecting initiatives, client QBRs, and strategic projects by analyzing relevant data and trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related analytical field
Experience in an analytical role such as consulting, analytics, or market research
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry strongly preferred
Experience working with Excel models and large datasets
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting insights and recommendations
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools preferred
Experience with Salesforce or financial reporting preferred
