Feladatok

1. Spare parts management and procurement (approx. 50–60%)
Determining spare parts requirements in cooperation with maintenance, production and purchasing.
Coordinating initial requirements for new equipment in cooperation with equipment manufacturers and local purchasing.
Obtaining, comparing and evaluating offers; proposing suitable suppliers in consultation with purchasing.
Defining and maintaining maintenance packages (standard and emergency scope) in coordination with purchasing and production.
Establishing and maintaining alternative suppliers (emergency concepts) to ensure short-term availability.
Implementing and tracking requirements in the ERP system.
Monitoring delivery dates, escalating delays, and coordinating closely with Purchasing and suppliers.
Assisting in the evaluation of plant malfunctions (maintenance reports) and deriving adjustments to spare parts inventory.
Evaluating old stock and making suggestions for optimizing the storage and procurement strategy.
2. Warehouse management and logistics (approx. 40–50%)
Responsibility for proper warehouse management in the spare parts and small parts warehouse.
Incoming goods inspection (identity, quantity, quality, damage, completeness).
System-compliant recording and posting of all warehouse movements (storage, removal, return, transfer).
Labeling and structuring of storage locations; optimization of warehouse organization according to plant technology.
Carrying out and documenting regular stock checks and inventories.
Issuing materials and spare parts to specialist departments, including suggestions for alternative items.
Cleaning, testing, and restocking used spare parts.
Processing complaints and returns in coordination with purchasing and suppliers.
Collaboration on continuous improvement processes in the areas of material flow, warehouse organization, and procurement processes.

Elvárások

Completed technical or logistics vocational training (e.g., warehouse logistics specialist, industrial mechanic, or comparable).
Experience in materials management, ideally in spare parts management or maintenance logistics.
Technical understanding of production facilities and components.
Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, proAlpha, or similar) and MS Office.
Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, liaising with purchasing, production, and maintenance.
Good English skills in writing and speaking
