Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate shipment routes based on factors like cost, time, and safety.
Arrange proper packing and oversee delivery to the destination.
Manage necessary shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with third parties to move goods according to customer needs.
Manage payment of charges or collect payments on behalf of clients.
Monitor shipments and provide updates throughout the journey.
Be available for on-site operations when required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Sensitivity to cultural and religious considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional experience in the operational area focused on airfreight
Fluent in Chinese, English and German
Driver's license
