Purpose of the job:

Organizing and coordinating air passenger transport tasks managed as an integral part of Internal Mobility Services from an ownership perspective. Ensuring optimal utilization of aircraft, maximizing the passengers’ customer experience. Providing support for the management of the fleet service subsidiaries supported by the Internal Mobility Services organization, for the development and operation of an optimally sized and composed fleet by providing the necessary financial control, preparing analyses, and facilitating the daily operational operation of the Fleet Management team.

  • Responsible for collecting, processing air passenger transport requests and for the optimal organization of flights, for informing passengers accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures the confidentiality of travel data and the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and confidentiality.

  • Responsible for keeping the travel calendar up to date in order to achieve optimal flight utilization and the expected service, maintains intensive stakeholder management  and regularly negotiates with:

  • Top Management’s cabinet about travelling needs

  • Operator company to have the trips organized in line with the travelers expectations in order to achieve 100% satisfaction

  • Maintenance service providers trough Operator company

  • Coordinates, in cooperation with the Operator company, the organization and implementation of regular annual and operating hour-based preventive maintenance of aircraft and ad-hoc maintenance repair tasks. Prepares and keeps the annual maintenance plan up to date. Controls maintenance costs.

  • As a contract manager, manages and maintains the contracts concluded with the Service Provider (Operating company) and ensures the renewal of the contracts in cooperation with the Procurement organization.

  • Participates in planning the costs related to aircraft, Control the monthly cost settlements, prepare performance verifications, manage on time internal and external invoicing, prepare monthly/quarterly reports about the costs and flight hours.

  • Responsible for keeping the air transport regulations up to date and participating in the commenting of regulations related to travel managed by other organizations.

  • Participates in the operation of the passenger and light commercial vehicle fleet necessary for smooth operation, in monitoring the related costs, checks the monthly incoming invoices and monitors the costs.

  • Supports the operation of the unified vehicle registration system, participates in the updating and continuous development of the register. Maintains contact with colleagues using the vehicles, responsible custodians, participates in solving ad hoc problems. In the event of a change in the responsible custodian, provides professional assistance in order to ensure smooth operation.

  • Perform other given task by superior managers connected with the organization’s profession.

  • College, or High scholl graduation

  • A strong background in luxury travel coordination, concierge services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), or high-end hospitality (e.g., five-star hotels, event VIPs).

  • Experience with security protocols and managing sensitive information is a must.

  • Proven experience in corporate travel management, especially for senior executives or VIPs, is essential.

  • Previous experience as a flight attendant is considered an advantage.

  • Advanced English knowledge.

  • Gross 650.000 HUF/year cafeteria.
