Responsibilities

Translation of AI opportunities into executable technical solution designs
Definition of integration approaches with IT and business application/data owners
Implementation of AI use cases using enterprise AI services and LLM APIs
Hands-on contribution to prototyping, integration logic, and critical solution components
Support of AI patterns such as retrieval-based solutions
Coordination of implementation activities across business stakeholders, internal and external teams or delivery partners
Ensuring alignment of solutions with architectural standards and enterprise system landscapes

Requirements

3–5 years in solution engineering, backend development, or technical implementation roles
Experience working in enterprise IT environments
Experience collaborating across business and IT domains
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs
Strong understanding of API-based architectures
Programming skills (e.g., Python or similar)
Cloud experience (preferably Azure)
Structured and solution-oriented mindset
Strong ownership and execution focus
Ability to quickly understand business processes
Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to coordinate internal and external implementation partners

Nice-to-have

Experience with AI application or orchestration platforms (e.g., Dify or comparable)
