What You would do at KPMG:

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying AI opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
Lead client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI capabilities and drive adoption.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the CEE region.
Support client relationship management, contract negotiation, and the post-implementation phase.
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value through continuous engagement and performance tracking.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Represent KPMG at regional conferences, industry events, and networking forums.
Support internal training and enablement initiatives to scale AI knowledge across the organization.

What brings you aboard:

Minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst, product owner, or consultant in AI or technology services.
Business-level understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI (LLMs), NLP, computer vision, and data analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI deployment frameworks.
Proven track record of supporting client relationship management, and delivering complex solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one CEE regional language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian).
Ability to work across cultures and navigate regional business environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel across the CEE region as needed.
Experience with AI or technology solution design and value-based consulting.
Understanding of regional regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and AI ethics.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms.
