Responsibilities

Ownership of supervisor approval workflows
Design and evolution of backend systems for file transfer routing
Development and maintenance of audit logging and compliance capabilities
Leveraging AI-assisted development tools for engineering workflows
Participation in code reviews with security-first lens
Creation of custom coding harnesses and test frameworks for AI-assisted development
Authoring and maintenance of AI context files for services
Definition and codification of AI-native engineering practices

Requirements

Deep hands-on experience integrating AI agents as core engineering tools
Strong proficiency in .NET / C# with S.O.L.I.D understanding of programming principles
3+ years experience developing scalable solutions
Familiarity with relational and document databases
Experience with modern CI/CD systems
Proficiency in unit testing with xUnit or equivalent
Passion for continuous learning and growth mindset

Nice-to-have

Experience writing precise, unambiguous task specifications for AI agents
Knowledge of asynchronous .NET programming patterns
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
Security-first instincts for reviewing AI-generated code
Experience authoring AI context files
Familiarity with running AI agents inside CI/CD pipelines
Personal projects demonstrating commitment to programming and AI tooling
