Responsibilities

Ownership of supervisor approval workflows
Design and evolution of backend systems for file transfer routing
Development and maintenance of audit logging and compliance capabilities
Leverage of modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows
Participation in code reviews with a security-first lens
Creation of custom coding harnesses and test frameworks for AI-assisted development
Authoring and maintenance of AI context files for owned services
Definition and codification of AI-native engineering practices for the MFT team

Requirements

Deep hands-on experience integrating AI agents as core engineering tools
Strong proficiency in .NET / C# with S.O.L.I.D understanding of programming principles
3+ years experience developing scalable solutions with relational/document databases and modern CI/CD systems
Focus on high-quality tested solutions with proficiency in unit testing using xUnit or equivalent
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI coding ecosystem

Nice-to-have

Writing precise, unambiguous task specifications for AI agents
Knowledge of asynchronous .NET programming patterns (async/await, TPL)
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
Security-first instincts for reviewing AI-generated code
Experience authoring AI context files encoding architecture decisions and forbidden patterns
Familiarity with running AI agents inside CI/CD pipelines
Personal projects demonstrating commitment to programming including AI-tooled projects

Gross monthly base salary range of 764 000 Ft to 1 815 000 Ft HUF depending on location and experience
