AI/ML Developer (JB)

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions for computer vision and image processing applications.
• Build and maintain deep learning models for object detection, image segmentation, and related use cases.
• Develop scalable data processing pipelines and Python-based software components following engineering best practices.
• Create and integrate RESTful services to support enterprise-level AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver, deploy, and continuously improve AI/ML applications.

• University degree in Software engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in developing Deep Learning Solutions for processing image data (convolutional networks)
• Expert knowledge of models for real-time object detection and image segmentation (e.g., YOLO, SAM)
• 3-5 years of experience in major AI software frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow and model formats like ONNX
• Strong experience in design and implementation of data processing pipelines
• Expert knowledge developing complex software packages using Python applying software engineering principles
• Familiarity with building REST backends to integrate into enterprise solution
• Experience with ClearML or similar platforms for streamlining AI development and deployment
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Git source control experience
• Hands-on mentality and fast-prototyping skills to evaluate new technologies and model approaches
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; candidate needs to communicate with users, business analysts, subject-matter experts, IT security experts and inspectors
• Fluency in written and spoken English
