Responsibilities

Designing and developing proof of concepts (PoCs)
Demonstrating solutions to internal customers on a tight schedule
Utilizing GenAI no code, low code, and SDKs to build robust GenAI agents that automate business processes
Taking GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from concept to Proof-of-Value (PoV)
Scaling Proof-of-Value (PoV) to production with team members
Developing documentation for each development including testing and validation procedures/plans
Embedding/integrating GenAI agents (Copilot agents) into business platforms such as Workday and Teams
Working on small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision
Applying Agile methodology for efficient project delivery
Supporting the AI CoE in user engagement and AI Toolkit adoption mission

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, computer science, Engineering, mathematics or a related field
2-4 years of experience in developing and deploying Agentic solutions to production
Hands-on experience developing solutions using no code/low code platforms and SDKs
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure GenAI platforms (AI Foundry, Copilot Studio) and Power Platform
Experience applying advanced AI concepts such as MCP servers for connecting AI Agents to tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-have

Automation of complex processes using GenAI agents especially with Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and other low code/no code platforms, Advanced programming with Python and SQL, Hands-on experience with at least one data storage system: Snowflake, Azure Fabric (One Lake), or PostgreSQL, Experience building sites with SharePoint and building automation workflows with Power Automate platform
