Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining modular and reusable AI systems
- Exploring new technologies to enhance products
- Participating in design discussions
- Troubleshooting complex problems
- Contributing directly to the codebase
- Building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Reviewing code
- Supporting other engineers and tech lead
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI applications
- Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
- Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
- Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
