Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of modular and reusable AI systems
Exploration of new technologies to enhance products
Participation in design discussions
Troubleshooting complex problems
Contribution to codebase
Building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Code review and support for engineers and tech lead

Requirements

Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications
Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
