Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions and applications, context systems and AI Agents
Maintain and enhance multiple AI systems and products
Research frontier models
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services
Develop and maintain modular and reusable systems
Explore new technologies and find solutions to enhance products
Participate in design discussions
Troubleshoot complex problems
Contribute directly to codebase
Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Review code and support other engineers and tech leads

Requirements

Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications
Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
