Responsibilities

Translating business needs into scalable AI solutions
Developing enterprise-grade AI solutions
Working effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and global team environment

Requirements

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python, Java)
Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Oracle Cloud AI services)
Practical experience with enterprise software development, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
At least 1 year of experience in AI, software engineering, or closely related fields
Hands-on knowledge of common AI techniques, including machine learning methods and statistical modeling

Nice-to-have

Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline (preferred), Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, or other advanced modern AI tooling (preferred), Prior work with cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) (preferred), Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD (preferred)
