Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated engineer, responsible for AGILOX technologies. You should understand the business requirements of customers and ensure technical cooperation with the sales department.
- Providing expert technical support throughout all stages of the client engagement process, including contract support, demand analysis, and collaboration with business teams to address client needs effectively.
- Support sales efforts by conducting demo robot tests and assisting with implementation, showcasing the capabilities of Agilox solutions.
- Offer after-sales and maintenance support at customer sites, ensuring Agilox systems operate at optimal levels and meet customer expectations.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations to partners, providing insight into the value and functionality of Agilox solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced logistics studies and/or technical qualifications (automation, mechatronics, electrical engineer) - professional experience is advantageous, but we warmly welcome entry-level professionals and recent graduates to apply for this opportunity.
- Interest in programming (PLC / JSON knowledge, experience is advantageous).
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings (connection, component, Layout Dwg drawings) is advantageous.
- Professional experience in project management and intralogistics is a plus.
- Demonstrated quick learning ability and precise work methods.
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, and high motivation.
- Results- and solution-oriented with analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented approach (sales experience is a plus).
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
- Fluency in English and the local language to support channel partners.
The more experience you have, the better, but you do not need to know everything.
