Responsibilities
- Service layout optimization
- Controlling the high standard of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Proactive assistance to customers during after-sales processes as well
- Handling feedback/questions from customers
- Handling and documenting complaints
- Maintaining contact with resellers and customers
- Provision and distribution of spare parts
- Receiving, processing and administering customer requests
- Identification of the manufacturer or distributor of the part or component for replacement, after the identification, the inventory check and, if necessary, the destination of the products is transferred to the purchasing department
- Tracking the arrival of components on time
- Accounting of material movements in the NAVISION program
- Forwarding invoices to the finance department after verification

- Several years of experience in the field of sales
