Állás leírása
Feladatok
- Provide onsite or remote support for the installation and commissioning of overseas machinery.
- Handle overseas equipment quality issues and service requests promptly and effectively.
- Conduct inspections, routine checks, and maintenance on machinery for overseas customers.
- Gather and organize quality issues and customer feedback from equipment sold in european markets, assisting in formulating improvement plans and enhancing after-sales service quality.
- Offer training to overseas customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Elvárások
- Proficient in mastering the electrical schematic, hydraulic schematic, and mechanical assembly/component drawings of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
- Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
- Possess the ability to use Excel, PPT, and Word;
- Proficient in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
- Knowledge of conventional plastic raw materials;
- 2-3 years service work or technical support work experience in injection molding machine industry or related industry
- Strong hands-on skills，good communication and expression skills, pressure resistance;
- College or bachelor degree, major in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation or plastic material or equal;
- Other education background but more than 5 years’ experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service or maintenance.
- Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms, ability to handle repairing and maintenance work on site;
- Have a strong safety awareness and protect yourself and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability to work with customers, company employees, and suppliers.
- Can work independently, ability and willingness to travel overnight, including international travel.
- Ability to drive, have driver liscense；
- Having an electrician's certificate or an equivalent one can meet the requirements of the local country for after-sales service work；
